Making Movies...

Lots of people spent their whole money to create a film because they think that they will earn more than they spend. For example, few months ago, a Turkish director spent all of his money to create the movie "Fetih". I think he earnt that money and much more of it.
Lots of famous directors like Steven Spielberg, Alfred Hitchcock, Woody Allen made amazing movies. They will be remembered in the future with their movies. Its an important type of art. They try to create a special and different movies for people because nowadays, lots of stinky movies are released and their subject are almost similar. Creating a new movie is like creating something new which you can choose everything about it.
As a result, I wanted to say that making a movie is very difficult and it needs sacrifice. Everybody talks about movies and actors but directors stayed in background. Few people can remember their names but they do most of the jobs.

Bradley Cooper

Bradley Cooper is one of my favourite actors in Hollywood. He was born on 5 January 1975 in Philederphia. After he graduated from Georgetown University, he moved to New York and he enrolled in the Masters of Fine Arts program at the Actors Studio Drama School at New School University. He performed in The Elephant Man. While he was still in school, he started his professional career with Sex and the City series with Sarah Jessica Parker. In summers he ice climbed for the program Treks in a Wild World in Discovery Channel. He had to skip his graduation ceremony from the Actor's Studio in order to star in his first feature film, Wet Hot American Summer. Then he played the role of young law student "Gordon Pinella" in the film Changing Lanes, starring Ben Affleck and Samuel Jackson. He also starred as Travis Peterson in "My Little Eye". Finally he decided to move to Los Angeles when he was cast in "Alias".

Wrath of the Titans

Wrath of the Titans is still on movies and I think it is as good as the first one. I like movies about mythology and it was awesome for me. The actors are the same. Sam worthington did his job well. He carried the movie again and successful movie came out. The graphics are really good and scenes are prepared well. It was about mythology but only the characters are mythologic. The subject was not very different so it lowers my point for this movie. As all mythology movies, its about the war between gods and the titans.

I liked this movie because the effects and player performance deserves to be liked but the director couldn't be very successful. It get people's attention who likes movies about war but not much about mythology. It tells a story about half-god Perseus and the war between the gods and the titans. It is not very realistic but the war scenes are prepared well. As a result, I can say that I liked the movie but its because of the quality of scenes and effects. The subjact was classic but It doesn't take lots of people's attention.

The Hobbit

The Hobbit, written by J.R.R. Tolkien, is one of my favourite books. It is about a hobbit named Bilbo, uncle of Frodo, and the story of the ring. The book tells us Bilbo's adventure with a vigorious group of dwarves. The most important thing is the ring in this story because Bilbo got this ring in this book. We all know "Lord of The Rings". The Hobbit tells the time before it. In Lord of The Rings, the ring is in Bilbo's hands.  People who knows "The Hobbit", can understand how the ring came to him. In this year, the movie is coming out and as a Lord of the Rings fan, I can't wait for it! The actors and actresses are almost the same. The main character Bilbo is different. We have also new characters for dwarves. It will be released on 14 december . I think lots of people is waiting for it. The director "James Cameroon" is one of the best ones and I don't have a suspicion about the movie because I know that people will like it.

I think this movie will be better than Lord of The Rings because it is new and effects will must be better but everything is the same so it will be as good as Lord of The Rings. There are lots of people like me who adores Lord of The Rings and I think all of them will see this movie. It may be the best movie for this year because this year, lots of movies are failed. Most of the movies took their subject from the old movies so they didn't get lots of attention. As I said, The Hobbit will be released on 14 November and I am waiting for it!

Titanic 3D

Titanic is one of the best movies in the world. It is about the huge ship which is sank in 1912. When I first saw this movie, I was amazed because it was made in 1997 but the effects were incredible for an old movie. The actors and actresses were chosen well and the director James Cameroon has selected the scenes and its effective ways very well. I liked this movie when I saw it and now 3D version is on the movies. It is one of my best movies so I watched the 3D version too. The effects are well prepared. Leonardo Dicaprio and Kate Winslet were good couples for the movie and they did their jobs perfectly. Their performance was incredible. I think they made this movie that awesome because players' performance is the most important thing for movies and then effects and scenes.

Nowadays, lots of 3D movies are ın movies but some of them are really bad. 3D is fun to watch if the movie is good otherwise it can not be successful. Lots of movies are took attention because they are 3D but the movies must deserve their audience so I do not agree the idea that every movie deserves to be watched.

Behind the scene...

Most of the movies have scenes that couldn't have happened in our lifes or we can see the characters that may not even exist. Have we wondered how people add these effects to movies. I put this video for people who would like to see how people make movies so incredible. The movie 'Batman' is just an example for you. I have choosen this movie because there are lots of examples of scientific reality. It is just the first part and if you want to see more, you can visit http://filmmakeriq.com/2009/05/505-behind-the-scenes-videos/ .

Can you imagine a movie without any special effects? It would be like a desert with no sand. Special effects are absolutely needed for movies but some old movies are legendery without and special effects. You will understand me if you have seen the movie ' Twelve Angry Men'. The idea in the movie is gained the upper hand if we compare it with special effects but nowadays they can't create a movie without special effects. I think its because of us. People prefer aciton movies with lots of exploding scenes or romantic movies with happy endings. But even romantic movies have special effects in our time.

What I want to say about 'special effects' is, they really meet the audiences' hand. They give what the audience want and without it, less movies can be created. I think the change in the audience and technology changed the movies a lot...
